Here's how we (and you) will be affected by the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19)
THE CURRENT SITUATION As of Thursday 26 March, New Zealand is at 'Alert Level 4' in regards to the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19). This means that only goods listed as 'Essential Items' will be shipped and delivered during this time. Over approx the next four weeks, you will still be able to order on the Clique Fitness website, however, orders made after the 26th of March 2020 will not be dispatched until after the lockdown period has been lifted.
WHAT IF I ORDERED BEFORE LOCKDOWN? If you made your order before 26 March 2020, our warehouse will endeavour to have it sent to you ASAP.
Please rest assured that if you don’t receive your package over the first few days of the lockdown period, it will be held securely for you until after the lockdown is lifted.
I ORDERED TO MY WORK ADDRESS BUT I WON'T BE THERE TO RECEIVE THE DELIVERY. WHAT CAN I DO? If your order is sent to a business address and no one is there, the courier will not leave it at the address as they know no one will be there for approx the next four weeks. Your order will instead be stored safely at the closest local NZ Post Depot until the lockdown is lifted.
CAN I REDIRECT MY PACKAGE? As you can imagine, there have been an influx of redirects for packages. The information we have is that redirects will only be applied if the item is considered ‘essential’. Please rest assured that if you don’t receive your package over the first few days of the lockdown period, it will be held securely for you until after the lockdown is lifted.
WILL MY EXCHANGE/RETURN BE PROCESSED OVER THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD? As we are all working from home at the moment, we unfortunately won't be able to process exchanges and returns. However, as our returns address is a PO Box, your return will be held safely until the lockdown period is lifted.
Alternatively, if you have returned your item with tracking and you can see it has been delivered to our PO Box, get in touch with us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will see what we can do for you.
I SENT MY ORDER BACK TO YOU FOR AN EXCHANGE/RETURN BEFORE THE LOCKDOWN PERIOD AND I HAVEN'T HEARD BACK FROM YOU. WILL I STILL BE ABLE TO EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER? If you purchased on or after the 9th of March 2020, we will accept your return after the lockdown is lifted. We will allow one week after the lockdown is lifted to return your item should you wish to, however this must be in returnable condition. Returnable condition means your item must be unworn, unwashed (tried on is OK) and free of damage with original tags attached. If these requirements are not met, your return will not be accepted.
HOW HAS MY GEN III ORDER BEEN AFFECTED?
DELAYED DELIVERY The delivery of Gen III, due approx Feb 29th 2020, has been delayed due to COVID-19.
OUR FACTORIES We have been keeping in touch with our factories in China, and although they are coming out the other side of COVID-19, prevention efforts in China have delayed employees returning to work. This has, in turn, delayed all production out of our factories.
GEN III ARE ON THE WAY We want you to know that we are trying our best to get Gen III here as quickly as possible while sending our best wishes to our factory employees. We are doing all that we can in this unforeseen situation, so we really, really appreciate your patience and understanding.
NEW DELIVERY DATE The new delivery date for Gen III pre-orders will be approx the 29th of April, 2020.
Gen III is due to be released for sale on the Clique Fitness website shortly after pre-orders have been fulfilled.
WE APPRECIATE YOU! We are well aware that some of you have been waiting for months to get your hands on your Clique Fitness tights and we're so thankful to you for your patience. COVID-19 was not something we could have imagined happening, especially when we'd just confirmed our new, sustainable Core Collection. So thank you for sticking with us when times have been tough.
